American Stock Dog Registry - Full or Limited Registration? “Full registration means the dog comes with the right to breed. Dogs on limited registration do not come with that right. If you sell a dog signed over as Full Registration you may not change it after the fact. If you mark a dog as Limited, but decide to give the new owner full rights in the future, you may make that change.”

The seller can only estimate the mature size of a puppy based on the size of the sire and dam. The seller makes no guarantee that the puppy will mature to be a certain size.
Right of Recovery/Placement: In the event that the Purchaser is unable or unwilling to keep the dog or provide an appropriate home in accordance with this agreement due to any reason, including the death of the Purchaser, the dog will be offered to the Seller first.
